• Is fraudulent, deceptive, misleading, or offers counterfeit goods/services.
• Contains scams, pyramid schemes, or unauthorized multi-level marketing.
• Infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks).
• Contains hate speech, defamatory language, obscenity, or adult content.

4. Fees and Paid Services

• While basic listing may be free, we may offer premium/featured listing services for a fee.
• All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise by the Company or required by law.
• We reserve the right to change our fee structures at any time with prior notice on the platform.

5. Liability Disclaimer (No Warranty)

• As-Is Platform: ZAFARIHUB LTD operates as a venue connecting buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, guarantee, or validate the items, jobs, services, or properties advertised on the platform.
• User Risk: Any transaction or interaction between buyers and sellers is solely at your own risk. We strongly advise users to practice safety precautions when meeting or making payments to advertisers.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, ZAFARIHUB LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website, including financial losses or scams.

6. Intellectual Property

The look, feel, logos, graphics, and software of the website are the exclusive property of ZAFARIHUB LTD. Users retain ownership of the photos and text they upload to their listings, but grant ZAFARIHUB LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote that content on our platform.

7. Termination of Service
